Poomsae Master Class with master gun and eric gun

As a part of their mission to promote the sport of Taekwondo Poomsae and to share their expertise, knowledge, and passion, Master Gun and Eric Gun of Team ATMA hosted a Poomsae workshop on Sunday, September 15th. Athletes from various states, such as Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, and even Florida attended the event held at Apex Tigers (79 Hanover Rd. Florham Park, NJ).

The event consisted of drills for both recognized and freestyle poomsae. Followed by various hand techniques and kicking techniques. Even instructors joined to expand their knowledge in Poomsae. Future Poomsae Master Class events will be announced under Special Events. Don’t miss the next one!
